The latest data released by the State Administration of Taxation shows that since the beginning of this year, the integration of digital economy and the real economy in China has maintained rapid development, the level of industrial digitalization has significantly increased, and there has been a significant level of investment in industrial digitization, with the continued manifestation of the driving effect of data elements, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the economy. Value-added tax invoice data shows that in the first 11 months of this year, the sales revenue of the core industries of the digital economy nationwide increased by 10% year-on-year, significantly faster than the overall growth rate of enterprises in the country. This reflects a significant improvement in China's level of digital industrialization. Among them, sales revenues in intelligent equipment manufacturing and electronic components and equipment manufacturing increased by 28.2% and 10.9% respectively; sales revenue of digital technology applications focused on AI, big data, and the Internet of Things increased by 14.3% year-on-year, especially internet-related services and information technology increased by 16.1% and 15.2% respectively. At the same time, there is an increase in investment in industrial digitization transformation. In the first 11 months of this year, the amount of digital technology purchased by manufacturing companies nationwide reflecting the digital investment in the manufacturing industry increased by 11.2% year-on-year. Among them, purchases of digital technology in automobile manufacturing, general equipment manufacturing, computer communications, and other electronic equipment manufacturing increased by 25.5%, 19.7%, and 13.3% respectively. In addition, new business formats driven by data elements are flourishing. In the first 11 months of this year, sales revenue driven by digital elements increased by 6.3% year-on-year. Among them, sales revenue of internet platforms covering new business formats such as online freight, food delivery, and ride-hailing increased by 16.2% year-on-year; sales revenue of internet retail and supply chain management services including live streaming e-commerce and instant retail increased by 11.9% and 24.7% respectively.
