According to the (Qi Cha Cha) app, recently, Hubei Province New Internet Exchange Center Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes: internet data services; data processing services; wholesale of computer software, hardware and auxiliary equipment; retail of computer software, hardware and auxiliary equipment, etc. Shareholding information revealed by (Qi Cha Cha) shows that the company is jointly held by China Telecom's wholly-owned subsidiary Tianyi Capital Holdings Co., Ltd., Hubei Big Data Group Co., Ltd., FiberHome Communications, and Hubei Radio and Television.
