Jintan Corporation announced that the company, together with Zhejiang Fuhua Ruiyin Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Tongxiang Jinxin Huarui Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, has jointly established Jiaxing Jintan Huarui Ultra-materials Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise. The fund has a fundraising scale of 300 million yuan, and the company, as a limited partner, plans to subscribe for 60 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 20%. Currently, the partnership enterprise has completed industrial and commercial registration, and the fund has recently completed record-filing with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association. However, the fund faces risks such as not being able to successfully raise enough funds and uncertain investment returns.
