Zhixin Financial News APP News, SHIMAO Services (00873.HK) announced that on December 22, 2025, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Shimao Tianjing (as a limited partner) entered into a partnership agreement with Huludao Yongsheng (as a general partner). According to this agreement, the contracting parties agreed to establish a partnership enterprise to invest in the construction and operation of the sewage treatment project in Xingcheng City, Huludao, Liaoning Province, China.
