According to the Zhithong Financial APP, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Bureau announced that the first batch of three buildings in the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park in the northern metropolis area of Hong Kong has been completed. Among them, two wet laboratory buildings have attracted more than 60 overseas, mainland and local companies or institutions to move in, as well as shared facilities such as a biological sample library and data center available for tenants to use, with an occupancy rate of nearly 80%. The remaining five buildings will be completed gradually starting from 2027.
