Xiaosong Company: Huaxin Creativity plans to transfer 9.25% of the company's shares through an agreement.

Xiao Song announced that the information disclosure obligor Huaxin Innovation and Jiasheng Era have signed a "Share Transfer Agreement". Huaxin Innovation intends to transfer its 30.7379 million shares of unrestricted tradable shares of Xiao Song held by agreement to Jiasheng Era in order to transfer 9.25% of the total share capital of the company. After the completion of this agreement transfer, Huaxin Innovation will no longer hold shares of the listed company.
