MIGU Intelligent Port's listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing filing of Meig Smart Technology Co., Ltd., the company proposes to issue no more than 75,006,100 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
