According to the Securities Times app, on December 19th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing of Megvii Technology Co., Ltd." Megvii Technology (002881.SZ) plans to issue no more than 75,006,100 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
