The Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Yunnan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Zou Lisheng and 4 others, have been prosecuted.

The Supreme People's Procuratorate reported on December 19 that the procuratorial organs have filed public prosecutions against Zou Lisheng, former Party Secretary and Director of the Yunnan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau; Liu Haifang, former Party Secretary and Director of the Qujing Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee in Yunnan Province; Wu Dan, former deputy director-level cadre of Guizhou Open University; and Zhang Fujun, former executive deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qinghai National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and former executive deputy director of the Management Committee, according to law.
