Former party secretary of PetroChina Oilfield Technical Services Limited, Zhang Baozeng, is under investigation.

According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed in China National Petroleum Corporation, as well as the Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Zhang Baozeng, former Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of the Oilfield Technology Service Co., Ltd. of China Petroleum Group, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently under disciplinary review by the central discipline inspection and supervisory group stationed in China National Petroleum Corporation and investigation by the Pinggu District Supervisory Commission in Beijing.
