Seajing Technology (00580.HK) subsidiary signs electronic component agreement for offshore wind power project with Nanjing NARI subsidiary.

Technology (00580.HK) announced that recently, its subsidiary (supplier) has signed an agreement with a subsidiary (purchaser) of Nanjing NR Electric Co., Ltd. (Nanjing NR). According to the agreement, the purchaser will purchase a total amount of approximately RMB 143 million (including tax) worth of power electronic devices, and the supplier will deliver them in batches in the first half of 2026. These power electronic devices will be used for offshore wind power projects.
