The General Office of the Communist Party of China Hunan Provincial Committee and the General Office of the Hunan Provincial People's Government released the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integration of Culture and Tourism Development", proposing to foster and strengthen the main operators in the cultural and tourism industry. They will guide strategic mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of cultural and tourism enterprises, support the listing of high-quality cultural and tourism enterprises, and expand and strengthen leading cultural and tourism enterprises. They will improve support mechanisms for small and medium-sized, innovative cultural and tourism enterprises, and support private enterprises to participate in product innovation, brand building, project construction, and publicity. They will encourage private enterprises to engage in strategic cooperation with state-owned enterprises through equity cooperation and participate in the operation and management of state-owned cultural and tourism assets. They will nurture a group of specialized and characteristic enterprises in cultural and tourism equipment, animation games, camping, and other fields. They will deepen the reform of cultural industry parks and promote the innovative development of key industrial parks such as Malan Mountain Video Cultural and Creative Park. They will establish a provincial-level library of major projects for the integration of culture and tourism, innovatively cultivate a group of integration gathering areas for culture and tourism, and create a group of iconic projects for the integration of culture and tourism. They will guide and support more "Hunan Brand" cultural and tourism products and services to go global.
