Hefei Urban Construction: Holding subsidiary wins land use rights through bidding.

Hefei City Construction announced on December 18th that its holding subsidiary, Hefei Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd., participated in the land use right auction organized by the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Feixi County on December 17th, and acquired the land parcel FX202555-4 in Feixi County, Hefei City through auction. The land parcel is located in the center of Baiyan Community in Hefei City, with an area of 6.0476 mu, an auction term of 50 years, planned for industrial use, a plot ratio of 1.2, and a total auction amount of 1.6933 million yuan for the land use right.
