Tongmuhe Extra Large Bridge Jointed An Guangxi Rongfu Expressway Construction Achieves Breakthrough.

On December 18th, the Tongmuhe Extra Large Bridge of Rongfu Expressway in Guangxi was successfully connected at the construction site of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, marking a crucial step in the project construction. The bridge is 1050 meters long, with the main span of 530 meters, using a continuous rigid box girder structure, which presented great construction challenges. The project team used intelligent monitoring systems and high-precision instruments to ensure dynamic adjustment of the bridge's alignment, completing the connection 12 days ahead of schedule. Rongfu Expressway, with a total length of 111.517 km, is a core part of the "Union Line 2" in the "Guangxi Expressway Network Plan". Once completed, it will serve as an important transportation corridor connecting the provinces of Guizhou, Guangxi, and Guangdong, leading to the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and playing a significant role in promoting regional economic development.
