Shanghai Jianke announced that its shareholder Guoxin Shanghai had reduced a total of 3.4032 million shares of the company through centralized competitive trading from September 17th to December 16th, 2025, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital. The reduction price ranged from 18.00 to 18.73 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 62.3912 million yuan. Before this reduction plan, Guoxin Shanghai held 28.0001 million shares, accounting for 6.83%; after the reduction, it held 24.5969 million shares, accounting for 6.001%. The original plan was to reduce no more than 6 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.46%, but this time, the reduction was not completed by 2.5968 million shares.
