Intelligence Finance News, Jiamei Packaging (002969.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder Zhongbao Hong Kong and Suzhou Zhuyue Hongzhi Technology Development Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhuyue Hongzhi") signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement". Zhongbao Hong Kong intends to transfer 2.79 billion shares of unrestricted circulating shares of the listed company held by it to Zhuyue Hongzhi, accounting for 29.90% of the total share capital of the company. At the same time, Zhuyue Hongzhi or its designated related parties intend to further increase their stake in the listed company through a partial tender offer, with the number of shares to be acquired through the tender offer being 2.33 billion shares, accounting for 25% of the total share capital of the company.
