Pulike Announcement: The company signed a "Property Trading Contract" with CITIC Agriculture on December 10, 2025, and obtained a "Property Trading Voucher" issued by Shanghai United Property Trading Co., Ltd. on December 15, 2025, to acquire 4.04% equity of Zhongpu Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for 17.5143 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, Pulike will hold 51.01% equity of Zhongpu Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which will become a subsidiary of Pulike. The funds for the transaction are from the company's own funds, which will not affect the normal operation of the existing main business, and will not have a significant impact on the financial condition and operating results of the company.
