The Director of the Legislative Department of the Ministry of Justice, Tian Xin, has been appointed as the person in charge of the Office of the Ministry of Justice.

On December 16th, the official website of the State Council Information Office released the "Central State Organs and Local 2026 Spokesperson List". Among them, Tian Xin, the head of the Office of the Ministry of Justice, and Fei Xianghong, Deputy Director of the Office of Public Legal Education and Rule of Law of the Ministry of Justice and Director of the Rule of Law Propaganda Center, serve as the spokespersons for the Ministry. This also means that Tian Xin, who previously served as the director of the Legislation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, has now been appointed as the head of the Office of the Ministry of Justice.
