China Gas (00384) Subsidiary Intends to Purchase Liquefied Natural Gas

The China Gas Finance APP announced that on December 8, 2025, Beijing Natural Gas (00384) issued a public announcement that Beijing Natural Gas Singapore and China Gas International (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a master agreement for the purchase and sale of liquefied natural gas. On December 10, 2025, China Gas International and Beijing Natural Gas Singapore signed a confirmation memorandum, under which China Gas International agreed to purchase and Beijing Natural Gas Singapore agreed to sell 3.4 million MMBtu of liquefied natural gas, at a total price of USD 38.8858 million.
