Announcement No. 80 of the Ministry of Commerce in 2025 was issued, announcing the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of imported pork and pork by-products from the European Union. According to the provisions of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on June 17, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imported pork and pork by-products from the European Union. The investigating authority ultimately determined that imported pork and pork by-products from the European Union were dumped, causing substantial damage to domestic industries, and there is a causal relationship between the dumping and the substantial damage. In accordance with Article 38 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, anti-dumping duties will be imposed on imported pork and pork by-products from the European Union starting from December 17, 2025.
