China Aviation Industry Corporation (02357.HK) announced that on December 12, 2025, the board of directors approved the proposal to convert 262 million domestic shares held by the company's shareholder, National Civil-Military Integration Industry Investment Fund Limited Liability Company, into H shares of the company.
