Chongqing Water Affairs announced that the company plans to separately acquire the assets and related debts of the second phase expansion project of the Nanchuan Dongcheng, Guoyuan, and Yuelai sewage treatment plants constructed by Chongqing Water Affairs Environmental Group. After evaluation, the net asset appraisal value of the target is 382 million yuan, and the transaction price is determined by negotiation between the two parties. This acquisition constitutes a related party transaction, and related shareholders are required to abstain from voting. The acquisition has been approved by the company's independent directors' meeting and board of directors' meeting, and is now submitted for approval at the shareholders' meeting.
