This proposal has been approved by the board of directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries to external parties is 0 yuan, the guarantee balance for the controlling subsidiary is 47.683 billion yuan, and there are no overdue external guarantees.
