Jiahua Energy announced that in order to optimize management structure, the company plans to absorb and merge its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hydrogen Peroxide. After the completion of this merger, the independent legal status of Hydrogen Peroxide will be cancelled, and its assets, liabilities, etc. will be inherited by the company. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting. According to regulations, creditors can request repayment of debts or provide guarantees within 30 days after receiving the notice or within 45 days after the announcement if they have not received the notice, with valid proof. The declaration period is from December 13, 2025, to 45 days after, and can be declared by mail or fax.
