ON Semiconductor recently announced a deepening of its long-term strategic cooperation with Freescale, which will fully adopt ON Semiconductor's Power Trench T10 MOSFET technology on its advanced automotive platform. This will help Freescale provide more efficient and cost-effective solutions for various automotive applications, jointly addressing the increasing electrical demands brought by the trends of autonomous driving, vehicle safety, and electrification.
