Dongli Xinke announced that the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing City has ruled to approve SAIC Hongyan's restructuring plan on December 12, 2025, and terminate the restructuring process of SAIC Hongyan. SAIC Hongyan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and this restructuring is expected to allow the company to acquire 14.66% of SAIC Hongyan's target equity after the restructuring. The implementation of the restructuring plan will be beneficial in maximizing the operating value of SAIC Hongyan, promoting its development, optimizing the company's debt structure, and alleviating the company's operational pressure.
