On the morning of the 6th local time, the first batch of 6 F-16 fighter jets purchased from Denmark by Argentina arrived in Buenos Aires and carried out a flying display over the capital, completing the delivery on the same day. According to reporters on the scene, these 6 F-16 fighter jets were piloted by Danish pilots, and performed a low-altitude flying display for about 15 minutes before heading towards the province of Cordoba in Argentina. The batch of aircraft completed their delivery to the Argentine Air Force at an airport in the province. Argentine news agencies reported that the delivery of the F-16 fighter jets marks the Argentine Air Force's return to supersonic interception capability since the retirement of the Mirage fighter jets in 2015.
