Institution: Price expectations for some dimensions of laptop display panels to decrease in December.

On December 6, TrendForce released its December panel price trend forecast: in December 2025, prices for TV and monitor panels are expected to remain stable, while prices for some laptop panels are expected to decrease. As we enter December, demand for laptop panels is in line with previous expectations, and the shortage and price increases of storage have not yet significantly affected panel procurement. However, some brand customers are still actively requesting panel manufacturers to make more concessions on prices, indicating that the previous discounts offered by panel manufacturers may no longer be sufficient to meet customer demands. In order to maintain customer relationships, panel manufacturers will need to make corresponding adjustments to their public prices. Therefore, based on current observations, the price trends for laptop panels in December show that, aside from lower-end TN models remaining stable, prices for other IPS models are expected to decrease by $0.1-0.2.
