The Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued recommendations on formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. It also emphasizes the construction of new energy infrastructure. Moderately advance the construction of new infrastructure, promote the construction and efficient utilization of information and communication networks, major scientific and technological infrastructure, and advance the update and digitization of traditional infrastructure. Optimize and enhance industrial innovation infrastructure. Promote the construction of dual-use urban public infrastructure.
