(referred to as "Jinque Agriculture") to Zhong Rubo, with the equity transfer price of 7.4348 million yuan; and transfer 31.60% of the equity it holds in Jinque Agriculture to You Jianjun, with the total equity transfer price of 4.9565 million yuan. The total transfer price of this transaction is 12.3914 million yuan. After the above-mentioned transactions are completed, the company will no longer hold equity in the target company and will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
