In order to ensure the expansion of production and operation funds for its wholly-owned subsidiary, the company will increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Deqing Fangzheng Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Deqing Fangzheng"), by 100 million yuan. The current registered capital of Deqing Fangzheng is 250 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Deqing Fangzheng will increase to 350 million yuan, still a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
