Zhixin Finance APP News, Yonghe Zhikong (002795.SZ) announced that the company plans to publicly transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Shanshui Shang Hotel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Shanshui Shang") and the debt of Chengdu Yonghe Cheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Yonghe Cheng") to Chengdu Shanshui Shang. The total initial listing price for the above-mentioned equity and debt shall not be less than RMB 185 million.
