Chaoyang Technology announced that the company's actual controller Guo Liqin and its concerted action person Ningbo Pengchen Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership have completed the implementation of the reduction plan. Guo Liqin reduced a total of 2.8171 million shares on December 2-3, 2025, accounting for 2.05% of the total share capital; Ningbo Pengchen reduced 1.2404 million shares on December 2, accounting for 0.9%. The two parties reduced a total of 4.0576 million shares, accounting for 2.95%. After this equity change, the total shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder, actual controller and its concerted action parties decreased from 68.14% to 65.18%, and the change affected an integer multiple of 1%, and will not result in a change in the company's control.
