Three Lives Pharmaceuticals aims to raise about $400 million through a share placement.

According to the transaction documents, SanMed Pharma will issue shares at a price range of 29.46-30.10 Hong Kong dollars per share. This price range is a 5%-7% discount from the latest closing price of 31.68 Hong Kong dollars. The funds raised will be used for global and Chinese research and development, infrastructure construction, facility acquisition, and general purposes. Morgan Stanley serves as the exclusive global coordinator.
