Ningde Times announced that on December 1, 2025, the company signed the "Boyu Xin Zhi Xin Chan Equity Investment Partnership Limited Partnership Agreement" with BoYu Tian's own capital investment limited liability company, Ningbo Yongyuan Investment Fund Limited Company, and other partners. The company, as one of the limited partners, participated in the investment in the "Boyu Xin Zhi Xin Chan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise". After the first delivery of the fund is completed, the fund's paid-in capital amount is RMB 40.01 billion, of which the company, as a limited partner, contributed RMB 500 million, holding a subscription ratio of 12.497% in the fund.
