Dalian releases standards for the first high-quality residential community in northern Taiwan.

Recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Dalian City released the "Dalian City Good Neighborhood Technical Guidelines", providing comprehensive technical guidance for the construction of high-quality residential communities in Dalian City. This is the first specialized technical guidelines focusing on the construction of "good neighborhoods" in the northern region of China. The guidelines are based on the unique characteristics of Dalian's coastal city and climate, as well as the new era development concepts of green, low-carbon, intelligent services, and all-age friendly. The content covers five dimensions: healthy livability, safety resilience, green low-carbon, intelligent convenience, and harmonious beauty, aiming to promote the transformation of residential community construction in Dalian City from "scale growth" to "quality improvement".
