Tianbang Food announced that, after considering the current industry capacity regulation situation, market economic environment, progress and construction situation of the current fundraising investment projects, as well as the company's cash flow situation and the reality of being in the pre-restructuring stage, it has decided to terminate the "Tianbang Stock Intelligent Pig Farm Upgrade Project". This matter still needs to be approved by the shareholders' meeting before it can be implemented.
