Baoyuan Group (01263.HK): Confiscation of unclaimed dividends

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Banng Jtun (01263.HK) announced that, according to Article 168 of the company's regulations, any dividends that have not been claimed six years after the ex-dividend date will be confiscated and returned to the company. Shareholders please note that all dividends declared before August 24, 2018, and still unclaimed by January 14, 2026, will be confiscated and returned to the company.
