CNNC International (02302.HK): Li Feng appointed as non-executive director

The Zhitong Financial APP news reported that CNNC International (02302.HK) announced that Mr. Wang Cheng has resigned as non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors, as well as chairman of the nomination committee of the company, due to reaching the statutory retirement age. The resignation will take effect from December 1, 2025.
