According to the Frost & Sullivan report, based on revenue in 2024, Xinjie Electronics is the third largest automotive wireless sensor SoC company in the world and also the largest automotive wireless sensor SoC company in China.
According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 5th, QJ Electronic Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (QJ Electronics) submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and GUOTAI JUNAN I as its joint sponsors.
According to the prospectus, QJ Electronics is a global leader and pioneer in the field of wireless sensor SoCs, committed to providing innovative sensor chips. According to Frost & Sullivan report, based on revenue in 2024, QJ Electronics is the third largest automotive wireless sensor SoC company globally, and also the largest in China.
QJ Electronics is at the forefront of wireless and SoC conversion in the sensor chip industry. Considering that wireless sensor SoC is a key growth engine in the automotive electronics field, QJ Electronics has been in mass production of high-performance automotive-grade wireless sensor SoCs since 2018, gaining a first-mover advantage. With deep domain expertise and a scalable SoC platform, the company successfully applied these innovative achievements in energy storage, industrial electronics, and other high-growth verticals starting from 2021, providing a new generation of functions in these fields with their wireless sensor SoCs.

In terms of product portfolio, the core product TPMS SoC of QJ Electronics' Intelligent Tire Sensing achieved mass production in 2018. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, the company is China's first supplier to achieve mass production of TPMS chips. One of QJ Electronics' core products, the BPS SoC for BMS, achieved mass production in 2021 to address early fault detection challenges in hot scenarios. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, the company developed China's first BPS chip that meets the new mandatory standard. QJ Electronics' USI SoC achieved mass production in 2021. The USI SoC is characterized by its applicability to various sensors such as air conditioning pressure sensors, smart chassis brake pressure sensors, and vehicle acceleration sensors.
Financially, for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and the six months ending June 30, 2025, QJ Electronics' revenues were approximately RMB 104 million, 223 million, 348 million, and 157 million respectively; while during the same periods, the company incurred losses of approximately 205 million, 356 million, 351 million, and 143 million respectively.
