Announcement from Sunshine Lighting (600261.SH): The company will participate in the investment in Qingdao Ruili as a limited partner using its own funds.

Zhejiang YanKon Group (600261.SH) announced that the company will participate in the Qingdao RuiLi Fund as a limited partner with its own funds. The company's subscription amount is 15 million yuan, accounting for 28.7908% of Qingdao RuiLi's partnership share. The fund will mainly invest in related enterprises in the semiconductor industry chain (including upstream semiconductor/sensor/optoelectronic/materials fields, downstream application areas such as 5G, Internet of Things industry chain, industrial intelligence, and new infrastructure of the low-altitude economy).
