GOLDSTREAM INV (01328) and SAINT BELLA (02508) sign a strategic cooperation memorandum to explore overseas business development.

GOLDSTREAM INV (01328) announced that, in view of the close relationship between the group and the Hony Capital Investment Group, as well as the potential strategic synergies between the company and SAINT BELLA Limited, a limited company registered in the Cayman Islands and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2508) (SAINT BELLA), the company and SAINT BELLA entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation framework memorandum on July 22, 2025. According to the strategic cooperation memorandum, the company and SAINT BELLA (and/or their respective affiliates) will explore potential areas of cooperation, including overseas strategic development and capital market initiatives, among which it is proposed that the company (and/or its affiliates) may provide a series of services to SAINT BELLA (and/or its affiliates) based on further negotiation and final specific agreements between the company and SAINT BELLA (and/or their affiliates), including but not limited to overseas business development and expansion consulting services, overseas capital market and investment financial advice, investment management products and/or asset allocation services. The announcement stated that the group is mainly engaged in providing investment management services and strategic direct investment businesses. The company believes that the strategic cooperation memorandum is a strong proof of the company's business capabilities and potential. The directors believe that the cooperation proposed under the strategic cooperation memorandum with SAINT BELLA represents an opportunity for the group to diversify its sources of income, and entering into the strategic cooperation memorandum is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders.
