China Bester Group Telecom (603220.SH) announced that the company ("Party B") has signed a "Computing Power Service Contract" with Beijing Wanjie Data Technology Co., Ltd. ("Party A"). Party A will purchase computing power services from Party B based on business needs from the Smart Computing Center. The contract amount for this transaction is 441 million RMB, with a service period of 4 years starting from the date of acceptance by Party A.
