Kunming Yunnei Power (000903.SZ) announced that the company has received a notification from its controlling shareholder Yunnan Kunming Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yunnan Group") that Yunnan Group has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with CHONGQING M&E Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "M&E Group"). According to the agreement: In terms of power generation products, M&E Group will leverage its advantages in power generation equipment and channels to cooperate with Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. in the development and distribution of engine sets below 200KW. In terms of automotive products, M&E Group will leverage its advantages in vehicle integration and regional advantages to cooperate with Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. in the development and sales of unmanned vehicles and special purpose vehicles. In terms of component support, Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. will utilize its advantages in the engine industry to support M&E Group in component collaboration and support.
