Charles Li is the only representative from Hong Kong on the list. Charles Li took office as CEO of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange last March. "Time" pointed out that the Hong Kong Stock Exchange was facing challenges at that time, with its ranking in global new stock fundraising falling to 10th place in the first half of last year.
