SY HOLDINGS (06069) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary and Wuxi Digital Whale Technology Co., Ltd. (Digital Whale) have reached a strategic cooperation agreement. Through this strategic cooperation, both parties will leverage the existing intelligent computing infrastructure in the Wuxi Economic Development Zone and the industrial supply chain ecosystem linked by the group to provide more flexible intelligent computing power support to small and medium-sized enterprises on the chain. At the same time, provide comprehensive supply chain funding turnover services for AI application companies served by Digital Whale and Siasun Robot & Automation companies, and assist in improving procurement efficiency and sales scale. According to the strategic cooperation, the group formally accessed the Xuelang Computing Center, NVIDIA Intelligent Computing Center operated by Digital Whale, and the Dawning Information Industry Advanced Computing Center (currently with reserves of over 60 H800 servers), forming a computing power service capability of over 1,000P. The group will rely on its industry ecosystem resources and supply chain data accumulated in industries such as infrastructure, medicine, and e-commerce for more than ten years, combined with the advantages of Digital Whale in the construction and operation of intelligent computing resources in the Wuxi Economic Development Zone, to accelerate the application of AI intelligent bodies in supply chain scenarios, better assist core enterprises in the industry to improve supply chain management efficiency, and help small and medium-sized suppliers obtain more sales orders and turnover funds. This strategic cooperation will also assist the group in providing more intelligent computing value-added services and enhancing customer stickiness.
