GENOR-B(06998) announced that on April 16, 2025, the group entered into a supplemental agreement with Dr. Guo Feng, the group's Chief Executive Officer, to extend Dr. Guo Feng's term as CEO from April 16, 2025 to April 15, 2027, for a period of two years. Dr. Guo Feng has been serving as CEO since April 16, 2020, responsible for the overall management, business, and strategy of the group. As Dr. Guo Feng's term was scheduled to expire on April 15, 2025, the group and Dr. Guo Feng have entered into an employment agreement to extend Dr. Guo Feng's term as CEO, with terms not less favorable than the original arrangements provided.
