Mongol Mining (00975) completes the redemption of the senior notes due in 2026.

Mongol Mining (00975) announced that the company has redeemed the preference notes due in 2026 on April 15, 2025 at a redemption price of 109.27% of the redemption principal amount plus accrued but unpaid interest up to (but not including) the redemption date. The company believes that the redemption will not have a significant impact on its financial condition. After the redemption is completed, all redeemed notes will be cancelled and removed from the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
