DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) announced that on April 11, 2025, it received a resignation letter from Mr. Joe De Wei, resigning from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee due to work adjustments. Mr. Joe will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
