XINMING CHINA (02699) announces that starting from April 11, 2025: Ms. Chen Huien has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Mr. Cao Zhiqiang has been transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director, and appointed as a member of the nomination committee. Mr. Cao's transfer is due to his desire to focus on handling other matters.
